Turnover clean
A turnover clean, from check-out to guest-ready.
A clean to your checklist, a linen change and a restock, finished before the next guest arrives.
We start when your calendar says the guest has gone and finish before the next one arrives. The checklist is yours: we write it with you at the walk-through and keep it on the crew's phones.
Every turnover includes
Beds stripped, remade and photographed
Bathrooms scrubbed and restocked
Kitchen wiped, dishwasher run or emptied
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Trash out and a thermostat check
A walk-through and a photo report

How it goes
What a turnover looks like on the day.
The sequence is the same at every property; the timing follows your check-out and check-in.
Step 1: The calendar shows the guest has gone
The crew board already has the property and the window.
Step 2: The crew arrives and lets itself in
With its own codes, and a text to you if the lock needs your help.
Step 3: Strip, then clean top to bottom
Linens go in the bag, then the clean runs from ceilings and surfaces to floors.
Step 4: Remake, restock and photograph
Beds are made from the fresh set, supplies counted to your par, and the rooms photographed from the door.
Step 5: Lock up and send the report
The last person checks the door, and the report goes to you with any flags.
What moves the number
Three things set the rate.
Plans are on the Plans page; this is what moves the price.
Size
Bedrooms and bathrooms are the biggest part. Each plan names the size it covers.
The window
A tight check-out to check-in gap needs two people, and the rate reflects that.
Condition
More than a normal stay is photographed and texted to you before we start the extra time.
Short answers
Questions about this job.
How long does a turnover take?
A one-bedroom with a normal stay is usually a couple of hours for one person. Larger units and tight windows get a second person. We confirm the time at the walk-through.
What if the guest left a mess?
We photograph it, text you before we start, and you decide: carry on, or approve extra time at the hourly rate on your plan.
Do I need to be there?
No. We let ourselves in with a code or lockbox you arrange, and the report is your proof that it was done.
Send the link and we will write your checklist.
We walk the property once, agree what is on the list and put your next check-out on the board.
