Questions
Short answers for hosts and managers.
How is the price decided?
A monthly fee for each property by size, then a rate for each turnover by size. Extras and supplies are separate and shown before we spend the time. How a quote is worked out is on the Plans page.
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
We walk the property for about half an hour, write the checklist and par list with you, photograph each room and agree the access. Your first turnover follows the next check-out on your calendar.
Do I need to be there, and how do you handle keys and codes?
No. Each person gets their own code where your lock allows it, keys are numbered and signed out, and the Policies page has the rest.
Who comes into my property?
Only people on the team list we send you, by name. If a new person is added, you get a text the day before.
Are you insured, and can I see the certificate?
We carry general liability insurance, and the certificate, with limits, goes to you or your platform on request.
What if something is missed, broken or missing?
It is in the report the same day with a photo. Tell us within seven days if you find something we did not flag; the Policies page has the terms.
How does the calendar sync work?
You send an iCal link. We read it every 30 minutes and move the crew board to match, and text you about any change. We never ask for your platform login.
What do you bring, and which products do you use?
Our own cloths, equipment, linen sets and products. If you or a guest need fragrance-free products, say so at the walk-through and we use them.
What about pets and guests' belongings?
We don't open or move guest belongings. If a listing allows pets, the checklist adds pet hair and the report shows it was done.
What if a booking comes in at the last minute?
Text us. We say right away whether a crew can make it, and we don't promise what the board can't do.
