Restock and supplies
Restocked to your list, and the receipts in the report.
A par list for each property, counted at every turnover and brought back to level.
A guest who finds the last roll gone remembers it. We keep a par list for each property, count what is there at every turnover and bring it back to level.

A bulk order on your own account

How it goes
How the restock runs.
It happens inside the turnover, not as a second trip.
Step 1: The crew counts the shelf
Each item against its number on the par list.
Step 2: Short items are brought to level
From the van, at cost, with the receipt photographed.
Step 3: Low items are texted
If something runs short twice, we text you before it reaches zero.
Step 4: The report shows the count
What was there, what we added and what it cost.
What moves the number
What moves the number.
Supplies are billed at cost with receipts; the plan fee does not change.
Your list
A long list costs more to stock than a short one.
Brand choices
If you name a product, we buy that product at cost.
How often guests use it
A busy unit runs through paper and coffee faster than a quiet one.
Short answers
Questions about this job.
Do you mark up supplies?
No. Supplies are billed at cost, with the receipt in the report. The plan fee and turnover rate are what you pay us.
Can I use my own supplies?
Yes. We count them on the shelf and tell you when they run low.
Who decides what goes on the list?
You do, with Cierra or Agustina at the walk-through. Changing it later is a text.
Send the link and tell us what your shelf holds.
We write the par list with you at the walk-through, and the count starts at your next check-out.
