About
Lindsley started as one person turning over two condos, and grew by keeping the same three habits.
We read the calendar, we photograph the work and we answer by text. The name is a street in Wedgewood-Houston where the laundry is. Twenty of us work the doors now, with six people you will hear from.
We read your calendar every 30 minutes
We photograph every room from the same spot
We answer texts between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.

How we work
Each room is photographed from one spot, so visits can be compared.
Anything extra is texted to you before the time is spent.
Door, lock and thermostat checked, and the report says so.
We come to the property, write the checklist with you and put your dates on the board.
