Calendar sync
How the calendar sync works.
You give us one link. We read it every 30 minutes, and the crew board follows your calendar.
Most booking platforms can export your calendar as an iCal link. It is read-only and carries dates, not guest names or prices, so it is the one thing we ask for before a first turnover.
What the sync does
A read-only link, never your platform login
Checked every 30 minutes
Bookings, moves and cancellations all reach the board
A text to you when anything changes

From link to crew
What happens after you paste the link.
Step 1: You send the link
By the form, by text, or on the phone with Agustina.
Step 2: We read your dates
Blocked nights, check-in days and check-out days, nothing else.
Step 3: The crew board is built
Each check-out becomes a turnover with a window, a crew and a linen count.
Step 4: You get a first text
Listing the next turnovers so you can say whether the board looks right.
Step 5: From then on, we check every 30 minutes
A change goes to the crew board and to you.
Plainly
What a calendar link shows, and what it does not.
It usually shows
Nights that are blocked
Check-in and check-out days
A booking label, such as Reserved
It does not show
Guest names or messages
What the guest paid
Your login or bank details
Same-hour changes, on some platforms
Limits
When the sync is late or breaks.
Calendars are not instant, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise.
A platform updates its link slowly
Some platforms refresh their link every few hours. A booking made close to arrival may reach us late, so text us the date.
The link stops working
If we can't read it twice in a row, Agustina texts you and asks for a new one.
You list on two platforms
Send both links. We merge them, and a double booking shows up as a flag in your next text.
A guest changes dates at the door
The crew follows the board, so tell us by text and we adjust the window.

Questions about the link.
Do you need my platform login?
No. We ask only for the iCal link, and we never ask for a password.
Can you see guest names?
Not through an iCal link, which carries dates only.
What if I want to stop sharing?
Delete the link in your platform, or tell us and we stop reading it the same day.
Send the link, and we will read it today.
We reply within 2 hours between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.
