Short-term rental turnovers in Nashville

Your calendar changes. The next guest still finds a made bed.

Lindsley turns over urban Nashville rentals for hosts and managers with one unit or forty. Send us your calendar link and we put the crew, the linens, the restock and a photo report behind every check-out.

  • A read-only calendar link, never your password
  • A photo report after every turnover
  • Cancel a plan with 30 days' notice

The calendar promise

When your calendar changes, here is what we do.

We read your calendar's iCal link every 30 minutes. Dates move, bookings land and cancel, and you shouldn't have to text anyone about it.

What we turn over

Four jobs, one crew on your doors.

A turnover is a clean, a linen swap and a restock, checked against your list. The two other jobs happen between guests.

Turnover clean

Bed to bath to kitchen, to your written checklist, inside the check-out window.

Turnover clean
Two commercial washers with blue towels inside and a wire cart in front

Linen and laundry

Clean sets go on, used sets go to our laundry, and the count goes in the report.

White towels folded and rolled on a white shelf

Restock and supplies

Soap, paper goods and coffee brought back to your par list, at cost with receipts.

Mid-stay and deep clean

A mid-stay visit for long bookings, a deep clean for the slow weeks.

A plan is a cleaning schedule, not an insurance or damage-protection product.

A sample report

What you get after every turnover.

A photographed checklist, linen count and flags, sent within an hour of the crew leaving. Tap a number to read the item.

Keys and codes

A code for each person, and none left behind.

Most of our turnovers start at a keypad or a lockbox, so we keep the access rules short and in writing.

  • One code per crew member

Where your lock allows it, each person gets their own code, set to the turnover window.

  • Lockbox and key log

Every key and fob we hold is numbered and signed out by name, and the log is yours to read.

  • Locked behind us

The last person checks the door, the lock and the thermostat, and the report says so.

Who is on your calendar

Six people read your dates and answer your texts.

Twenty of us work the doors; these six are the ones you will hear from.

  • Cierra McNair

    Owner and operator

Turned over her first two rentals herself and still reads each Sunday's schedule for the week ahead.

  • Agustina Infante

    Calendar desk

Watches the iCal links, builds the crew board and texts you when a date moves.

  • Kayode Balogun

    Linen and laundry lead

Keeps the par count for each property and the log of every set in and out.

  • Jackie Conrad

    Quality inspector

Walks each property monthly and checks the photo reports against your list.

  • Rehan Dutta

    Crew lead, east side

Leads the crews east of the river, from East Nashville out to Donelson.

  • Ezekiel Joiner

Crew lead, downtown and the Gulch

Leads the crews in the towers and walk-ups near the core.

What hosts say

From people who stopped checking their calendars at night.

“A guest moved her dates twice the night before. I touched nothing. The board already had the new day and I got one text.”

Mandy H.Host, two condos near the Gulch

“The photo report caught a dead bulb before the next guest did. I replaced nothing; they swapped it from my box and wrote it down.”

Walker B.Host, an East Nashville duplex

“They asked for the iCal link and nothing else. No login. That settled it for me.”

Sohail Q.Manager, fourteen units downtown

“I own two condos and live out of state. I read the report on my phone and I have not had to call anyone.”

Juana L.Owner, two condos in 12 South

Where the crews go

Davidson County, from the Gulch to Old Hickory.

Most of our doors are in towers, walk-ups and duplexes within a few miles of the river. Type your ZIP code to see whether yours is on a route.

A row of red brick townhouses with stoops on a tree-lined street
  • Downtown and the core: Downtown, The Gulch, Music Row, Edgehill, Wedgewood-Houston, Marathon Village · Crews park once and walk; freight elevators booked by us
  • East of the river: East Nashville, Lockeland Springs, Inglewood, Donelson, Hermitage, Madison, Old Hickory · Duplexes and bungalows, with a run out toward the lake
  • South and west: 12 South, Hillsboro Village, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Green Hills, Bellevue, Antioch · Condos, flats and a few houses

We stay inside Davidson County. Rentals in the suburbs beyond it, and in the mountains, are better served by crews who live there.

Questions hosts ask first

Before you send the link.

What do you need from me to start?

Your calendar's iCal link, the address, a checklist (or we write one at the walk-through) and a way in. We never ask for your platform login.

How does the sync work?

We read the iCal link every 30 minutes and turn bookings, moves and cancellations into turnovers on the crew board. You get a text when anything changes.

What if a booking lands an hour before check-in?

Calendars can lag. For a booking made that close to arrival, text us the date and we will say right away whether a crew can make it.

Who comes into my property?

People from the team list we gave you, by name. A new face is texted to you the day before, with their name.

Are you insured?

Yes. The certificate, with the limits, goes to you or your platform on request, and the Policies page says what we cover and what we do not.

What does it cost?

A small monthly fee per property, then a rate per turnover by size. The Plans page shows what each size includes, and your own are written down at the walk-through.

Start with one property

Send the link, and the next check-out is ours.

We reply within 2 hours between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., walk the property once and agree the checklist before the first turnover.
